Supporting Women in Management: SuitsUp Campaign
Suits Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, has unveiled a new initiative aimed at empowering women in management positions via their project management tool, SuitsUp. This campaign will take place from December 26, 2025, to January 2, 2026, during which three selected companies applying through designated forms will receive three months of free access to the tool.
SuitsUp is an innovative AI-powered task management platform designed for teams, simplifying project control and task management while ensuring consistent daily usage. During a free seven-day trial, users can explore how SuitsUp can enhance their team’s task management and significantly improve efficiency.
The Women in Management Support Campaign
To reinforce their commitment to promoting women in leadership roles, Suits Inc. is focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups. The free trial will allow these companies to experience the benefits firsthand, addressing labor productivity challenges faced by many.
According to an internal simulation, a company with 30 employees experiences significant cost implications from inefficient task management practices, costing them around 1.19 million yen monthly due to ineffective progress reviews. By leveraging SuitsUp, organizations can transform their task management, creating a transparent system for task assignments and progress tracking.
Research conducted by Nulab from October 6 to October 10, 2023, highlights that, despite various options like emails or personal notes being popular for individual task management, only 11.7% of companies utilize dedicated task management tools. This indicates a strong need for effective team-oriented management solutions like SuitsUp.
The campaign aims to create an opportunity for female managers to implement well-structured management systems. As juggling multiple tasks—from guiding their team to managing customer relations—is part of their routine, SuitsUp offers features that promote organization and enhance communication.
