HR Acuity Introduces Specialized Training Programs for Employee Relations Professionals

HR Acuity Unveils Purpose-Built Trainings for empowER Community

HR Acuity, a leader in HR case management and employee relations software, is set to transform the landscape of employee relations training. This initiative is especially tailored for its growing empowER community, which consists of over 6,000 members. The company is introducing specialized training programs aimed at enhancing workplace investigations and mediation skills critical for today's HR and employee relations professionals.

The initial training module comprises three immersive workshops focused on conflict resolution fundamentals. Dr. Jeremy Pollack, a seasoned expert in the field, will lead these hands-on sessions. Participants will gain essential skills to effectively navigate interpersonal disputes and manage conflicts with clarity and neutrality. This approach is designed to guide employees toward constructive dialogue, thereby fostering positive team dynamics and enhancing overall morale within the workplace.

Registration for the first workshop, titled ‘Fundamentals of Conflict Resolution Mediation Training,’ is now open. Interested individuals can sign up for this invaluable learning opportunity at empower-er.org.

Deb Muller, founder and CEO of HR Acuity, expressed her enthusiasm for this new venture. “For the past four years, the empowER community has been a trusted resource for thousands of employee relations professionals. We are continually looking for ways to add value and assist our members in addressing current challenges. Based on member feedback, we are launching these interactive trainings to close critical knowledge gaps and drive positive changes in the workplace,” she stated. “I am proud that together, we are raising the standard for employee relations.”

In addition to the conflict resolution workshops, HR Acuity is partnering with VM Mastered to offer exclusive workplace investigation training for empowER members. This bespoke course series is designed to meet the specific needs of the community while combining HR Acuity's established investigative framework and VM Mastered's skills-based training expertise. The first course will delve into the essentials of conducting effective and impartial workplace investigations, covering key aspects such as planning, evidence collection, and evaluation. Registration for this course is expected to open in September 2025, allowing members to further enhance their investigative skills.

HR Acuity has already established itself as a category-leading software as a service (SaaS) company, amassing a substantial customer base that includes hundreds of prominent enterprises. This growth is largely attributed to the company’s innovative approaches to employee relations, exemplified by its creation of ER/Q, the first-ever maturity model for employee relations. Furthermore, HR Acuity is renowned for its original research initiatives, such as the Employee Relations Benchmark Study and insights from ‘Rethinking Employee Experience: Four Critical Overlooked Moments.’
