Before his tenure at Hilco Global, Hede amassed over 30 years of experience in restructuring, transformation, and operational leadership across the United States and Australia. He has a distinguished track record of advising companies, creditors, and investors in navigating complex situations effectively. Notably, Hede was previously the President of Business Transformation & Transactions at Accordion, where he led critical initiatives in turnaround management, performance improvement, and transaction services. His previous positions include being a partner and the U.S. Head of Restructuring at McKinsey & Company, as well as holding senior roles at prestigious firms like EY, Alvarez & Marsal, FTI Consulting, and Arthur Andersen.

Throughout his illustrious career, Hede has gained expertise in advising a diverse range of restructuring, performance improvement, and business transformation matters. Additionally, he has been appointed in interim executive roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, further underscoring his versatility in leadership.
