Yamashita Honki Udon, a beloved culinary destination, is thrilled to announce its 1st Anniversary celebration at AEON Mall Okayama. Opened on December 11, 2024, this restaurant marked its debut as the first outlet in Western Japan, quickly winning over the hearts of udon lovers with its commitment to quality and authentic flavors.

From December 12 to 13, 2025, as a token of appreciation to loyal customers, the restaurant will host a special anniversary festival. The first 50 patrons to visit each day will receive a unique original tote bag designed exclusively for this occasion. To qualify for this limited-edition giveaway, customers must spend at least 1,200 yen (tax included) on their meals.

Yamashita Honki Udon has become a staple in Okayama, thanks to its prime location within one of Western Japan's largest shopping malls. Known for its authentic Sanuki udon, the restaurant utilizes carefully selected wheat and traditional cooking processes, ensuring each bowl served is a testament to culinary craftsmanship. The udon boasts a distinctive chewiness, paired with a richly flavored broth made from kombu and bonito, expertly combined with premium soy sauce.

The restaurant’s regular hours are from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last order being taken at 9:30 PM. Located on the 6th floor of AEON Mall Okayama at 1-2-1 Shimoishii, Okayama City, this eatery is easily accessible for visitors to enjoy a delicious meal at any time of day.
