Dress for Success® Worldwide Reintroduces the Women Who Inspire Initiative
In March 2026, Dress for Success® Worldwide will launch the highly anticipated annual Women Who Inspire campaign, honoring women who exhibit resilience, determination, and transformation. This year’s celebration features renowned makeup artist, entrepreneur, and bestselling author Bobbi Brown, who will join in recognizing the incredible contributions of women everywhere.
A Month of Celebration
Set to span the entire month of March, this initiative coincides with International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. The campaign aims to highlight the achievements of extraordinary women from around the globe, particularly those who have overcome obstacles to carve out successful careers in various fields.
The Women Who Inspire campaign will recognize individuals from over 130 branches located in 15 countries worldwide. These honorees encompass both leaders and participants in the Dress for Success network, along with business executives and industry leaders committed to elevating women in their lives and professions.
Addressing Workplace Inequities
According to Joanie Bily, CEO of Dress for Success Worldwide, workplace disparities and barriers are not merely theoretical concepts but are ongoing issues that significantly affect women’s professional lives. “In today’s rapidly changing work environment, we have an opportunity to expand job prospects for women. Our event aims to raise funds and provide free resources,” Bily states. “We are committed to offering pathways for women worldwide to secure economic independence.”
The initiative is proudly sponsored by KnitWell Group, which includes iconic American brands such as Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, LOFT, and Talbots. Barbara Wagner, President of Talbots, expresses the group's pride in supporting the Women Who Inspire campaign. “We have a long-standing partnership with Dress for Success,” she adds. “Empowering women leads to thriving communities.”
Notable Partnerships and Support
In addition to KnitWell Group, several partners including Sono Bello, Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits, The Adecco Group US Foundation, Capital One, and FedEx will support the campaign. Media collaboration with Gear Communications will also ensure wide outreach and visibility for this important initiative.
Women Who Inspire will also be backed by its influential Star Power group, which features prominent personalities and VIPs. Leading the charge is Bobbi Brown, who has long pledged her support to Dress for Success. Brown remarks, “I believe in the mission of Dress for Success, as it aligns with my values. Empowering women to find their inner confidence is my lifelong commitment.” Alongside her, Tamsen Fadal, an award-winning journalist and advocate for women’s health issues, emphasizes the importance of supporting women through transitions in their lives, stating, “Being there for women during turning points is crucial. It’s an honor to support a mission that facilitates real change.”
A New Chapter for Women Who Inspire
The Women Who Inspire campaign serves as the flagship initiative of Success Starts Now, a year-long global rebranding effort aimed at accelerating women's economic mobility. This initiative marks a new chapter for Dress for Success by enhancing its branding, mission, and development strategies to better address the evolving demands and realities of professional women worldwide.
