SKEMA Business School Unveils Ambitious Strategic Plan for 2025-2030

SKEMA's Strategic Plan: UNVEIL 2025-2030

In autumn 2025, SKEMA Business School is setting the stage for a transformative journey with the launch of its strategic plan named UNVEIL. This bold initiative reflects the institution's ambition to not only unveil talents but also empower the upcoming generations to redefine organizations towards a more sustainable future.

With a global footprint that includes 10 sites across 7 countries and a dynamic community of 11,000 students and 63,000 alumni, SKEMA is uniquely positioned to influence the educational landscape. The strategic plan was crafted through consultations with all stakeholders, including students, faculty, alumni, staff, and corporate partners, ensuring a collaborative approach to improvement and growth.

Four Pillars of UNVEIL

SEEK

The first pillar, SEEK, focuses on a comprehensive transformation of pedagogical approaches. Recognizing the growing significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, SKEMA is adopting a new doctrine—Learn, Teach, Search, Work in the Age of AI. This framework will embed AI into the core of the institution’s operations, enriching the learning experience for every student. By the target year of 2030, students will benefit from an AI-enhanced curriculum vitae that highlights their skills and experiences. Additionally, faculty and staff will have access to KOMPASS, a guiding tool designed to assist in navigating professional development within and beyond the classroom.

COMMIT

The pillar COMMIT underscores SKEMA’s dedication to fostering sustainable futures. Through initiatives such as Move for Good and the AI for Accelerating Impact program, SKEMA is galvanizing its community around pressing social and environmental issues. The institution aims to support 150 impact-driven startups by 2030 while establishing a Global Impact Observatory to assess the effectiveness of these initiatives. Furthermore, a dedicated business hub will connect alumni and current enterprises, bolstering opportunities for collaboration.

BUILD

Under BUILD, SKEMA plans to invest a significant €150 million into its campuses, enhancing them into Great Places to Work and Study. This investment is directed towards creating a cohesive global educational platform, ensuring that every enrolled student receives a uniform and enriching academic experience across all campuses worldwide. The advancements will be supported by the school's AI Innovation Centre located in Montréal, Canada.

GROW

The final pillar, GROW, captures SKEMA's aspirations for global expansion. Following the establishment of a campus in Dubai in 2025, the school is slated to open new campuses in both India and Australia by 2030. This expansion will extend SKEMA’s network to 12 locations across 9 countries and 6 continents. Furthermore, a School of Professional Studies (SPS) will be launched, aimed at equipping professionals with necessary qualifications through various programs, including degrees and certifications tailored to industry needs.

Ambitious Targets for 2030

Looking ahead, SKEMA has set ambitious targets for 2030, aiming for a student body of 16,000 and a faculty composed of 250 dedicated members. The overall budget for the institution is projected to reach €250 million, reflecting its commitment to growth and innovation.

In summary, with UNVEIL, SKEMA Business School reaffirms its mission to empower future generations to reshape organizations and societies. Through this strategic framework, the institution is poised to not only adapt to the changing world but also to lead the charge in setting new educational and societal standards. The future is bright as SKEMA ventures toward a path of transformation, revealing untapped potential along the way.
