In a strategic move to modernize its workforce management processes, EWE NETZ GmbH has signed a partnership agreement with OverIT, a recognized leader in Field Service Management software. Collaborating alongside Live Reply GmbH, this partnership aims to enhance the operational workflows involved in managing EWE NETZ's extensive energy networks, which stretch approximately 83,000 kilometers for electricity and 57,000 kilometers for gas.

The core objective of this collaboration is to effectively streamline all operations related to the expansion, operation, and maintenance of these infrastructure networks. By employing the OverIT NextGen Platform, EWE NETZ anticipates significant improvements to its workforce management functions. This includes everything from the initial planning stages to the assignment of tasks and field execution, ensuring that around 650 technicians—who are critical to the project—are deployed accurately and efficiently.

It will allow EWE NETZ employees to concentrate more on their core competencies by lowering operational complexity and enhancing overall performance metrics.
