Strengthening Community Ties: Palsystem Chiba Partners with Kujukuri Town
On December 24, Palsystem Chiba, based in Funabashi City, signed a comprehensive collaboration agreement with Kujukuri Town (Mayor Atsuoka Asaoka) at the Kujukuri Town Hall. This agreement aims to harness Palsystem's delivery infrastructure to support families raising children and implement community monitoring initiatives, making the town a more livable place for all.
Objectives of the Agreement
The agreement emphasizes contributions to local revitalization and aims to create a secure living environment in line with Palsystem Chiba's community policies. The cooperative is committed to enhancing its services by supporting education, childcare, and community surveillance activities that improve the lives of residents.
Under this agreement, Kujukuri Town will distribute maternity marks and information regarding mother and newborn insurance to expectant mothers at the time of handing out maternal and child health handbooks. After birth, parents will receive a “Congratulations Box” filled with parental care products. Additionally, Palsystem will provide delivery services for those facing shopping difficulties, monitor community safety, and collaborate in local events like the “Industrial Festival,” fostering a vibrant community where everyone is valued.
A Vision for Diverse Collaboration
During the signing ceremony, Mayor Asaoka expressed confidence that this agreement marks a vital step toward the town’s development and revitalization efforts. He anticipates that this will deepen mutual exchanges and expand collaborations across various sectors.
Palsystem Chiba President Yumiko Takahashi also shared her enthusiasm, stating, “I appreciate the support for our cooperative efforts and look forward to this collaboration. Solving community issues requires cooperation with locals. We aim to work hand in hand with residents and users to create a more livable region.”
