Huawei Unveils AI Data Platform to Accelerate AI Adoption in Businesses at MWC 2026
Huawei Launches Innovative AI Data Platform
At the MWC 2026, held in Barcelona, Huawei made a significant announcement during the AI DC Innovation Forum, unveiling its revolutionary AI Data Platform. This platform is specifically designed to tackle the crucial challenges that enterprises face when adopting AI agents at scale, aiding in the digital and intelligent transformation of businesses.
Overcoming Challenges in AI Deployment
Despite the ample amount of data available, many businesses struggle with the widespread deployment of AI agents due to various obstacles. These include delayed knowledge acquisition, low search precision, inefficient inference in long-sequence scenarios, multiple interactions, and insufficient memory tasks. This often limits most AI agents to demonstration phases, preventing them from being fully ready for productive enterprise applications.
To address these pressing challenges, Xie Liming, President of the Flash Storage Domain at Huawei's Data Storage Product Line, introduced the AI Data Platform. By integrating a knowledge base, KV buffer, and memory bank coordinated under UCM, the platform enables corporate AI agents to transition from mere demos to being productive tools in the business environment.
Real-time Knowledge Generation and Retrieval
One of the standout features of this AI Data Platform is its ability to generate and retrieve knowledge through highly accurate multimodal knowledge search in real-time. The technology utilizes knowledge bases for continuous change detection of source data and translates raw data into insights almost instantaneously. Through a lossless parsing and token-level encoding of multimodal data, the platform has achieved a search accuracy rate exceeding 95%.
Enhancing Inference Efficiency
In addition to knowledge retrieval, the platform's KV buffer has been developed to enhance the inference processes of AI agents. By leveraging historical memory data, it significantly minimizes redundant computations during inference, thus decreasing latency and boosting throughput. This enhancement ensures a better user experience and provides robust support for agents engaged in long-sequence and complex interactions.
Continuous Learning for Improved Performance
Moreover, the AI Data Platform employs memory banks to accumulate working memory and experiential memory through AI agent interactions. It supports memory tracking and collaborative learning among multiple agents, constantly optimizing the accuracy and efficiency of the inference process, ultimately increasing the intelligence of the models employed.
Commitment to Future Investments
Moving forward, Huawei is committed to bolstering its investments in AI data infrastructure. The company aims to further advance the industry's transformation through continuous innovations while collaborating with global customers and partners. These efforts are focused on promoting broader AI adoption in various sectors, thereby unlocking the full potential of data.
This innovative launch is set to redefine how enterprises approach AI, making it easier, faster, and more efficient to integrate AI capabilities into their operations, paving the way for a smarter, data-driven future.
