  • - Morioka Kawatoku: 5th Floor Gallery (April 22 – 27)
  • - Niigata Isetan: 5th Floor Art Station (April 29 – May 12)
  • - Umeda Loft: 6th Floor Graphics (April 29 – May 12)

Among the featured pieces are the lovely giclée prints, such as Blue Vacation, priced at 220,000 yen, and Urban Stardust, available for 170,500 yen. Collectors and art enthusiasts alike will appreciate the opportunity to expand their collections with these stunning artworks.

Born in 1947 in Tokushima, Hiroshi Nagai has spent decades shaping the Japanese art scene. His summer landscape paintings, influenced by his time living in the United States, are characterized by vibrant colors and tranquil aesthetics. His creativity extends beyond paintings; he has also made significant contributions to the fashion and music industries. Through magazine covers, advertisements, and iconic record jackets, Nagai's visuals have left an indelible mark on pop culture.

Transitioning from graphic designer to illustrator in 1976, Nagai gained fame for his tropical and clear landscape illustrations. Notable record jackets include works for famous artists like Eiichi Ohtaki, Southern All Stars, and Kiyotaka Sugiyama. In addition, he has collaborated with various brands, introducing his unique aesthetic to the realms of stationery and fashion.
