This summer promises to be special for fans of the beloved character, Bear-kun! From July 1st to 7th, 2025, Apaman Network Inc., a leading rental housing brokerage located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, will host its first-ever pop-up store at the Omiya Marui in Saitama City. This event is not just about the merchandise; it’s a celebration of creativity and enjoyment for all ages!

Event Highlights

1. Exclusive Merchandise: The pop-up shop will feature limited-edition plush toys and various Bear-kun merchandise that fans can purchase. Daily, three special Bear-kun plush toys, measuring 50cm, will be available for sale.

2. Coloring Experience: Join the fun with a family-friendly coloring corner where parents and children can bring Bear-kun and his friend Honey-chan to life through art. Every day, the first 50 participants aged three and above can enjoy this creative experience for free.

3. Rice Dough Experience: On July 5th and 6th, children can play with Bear-kun using an eco-friendly rice dough. Reservation is required, and only three slots are available for each day. This delightful session is also free for kids aged three and above.

4. 3D Photo Experience: Don’t miss the chance to capture memories with Bear-kun! Using AR technology, you can take photos with a 3D Bear-kun and fireworks displayed on your smartphone. Share your moments on social media to receive a special Bear-kun treat for the first 50 participants each day.

5. Social Media Campaign: By posting your AR photos on social media or following Apaman's official accounts, the first 50 participants will receive a unique Bear-kun candy!

6. Visit Rewards: Every day, the first five visitors will receive a special local Bear-kun keychain, representing Saitama.
