From March 13, 2026, Tokyo will become a vibrant hub for creativity with the launch of 'TOKYO CREATIVE SALON 2026,' a celebration of the arts and innovations across multiple mediums. Organized by TBS, this year's event will feature a series of discussions under the theme 'Ikiba (Kotoba),' where diverse creators will discuss their creative processes, inspirations, and thoughts on the current landscape of expression in an age dominated by technology and AI.

The highlight of the salon is a series of engaging talk sessions designed to foster cross-disciplinary dialogues. These sessions will explore profound questions such as: 'What do creators think and create in this rapidly advancing tech landscape?' In conjunction with the salon, TBS will also host a special exhibition of 'Chiruran: Shinsengumi Requiem' at TBS Akasaka BLITZ Studio on March 26 and 27. This exhibition will feature costumes used in the series, along with photo panels and video displays, allowing fans to immerse themselves in the world of 'Chiruran.' The drama reinterprets the turbulent era of the Bakumatsu, highlighting the lives of the 'Shinsengumi' with innovative storytelling techniques and a modern lens.
The exhibition runs from March 10 to March 17, 2026, and is expected to enhance the visitor experience before the TV broadcast and subsequent streaming on U-NEXT.
