Exciting Collaboration Between LINE Rangers and Kaiju No. 8 Begins This July

LINE Rangers Collaborates with Kaiju No. 8!



In an exciting announcement, LINE Yahoo Corporation has revealed that their popular defense battle game LINE Rangers will collaborate with the anime series Kaiju No. 8 starting July 31, 2026. This collaboration will introduce beloved characters from the anime, along with a variety of events and exclusive rewards to enhance the gaming experience for players.

New Characters as Exclusive Rangers


During the collaboration period, players will be able to obtain collaborative-exclusive Rangers, including:
  • - Kafka Hibino: A former monster cleaning service worker who transforms into Kaiju No. 8 after ingesting a mysterious small kaiju.
  • - Ren Ichikawa: Kafka's junior at the cleaning service, skilled in combat using freeze projectiles.
  • - Kikor Shinomori: A highly talented elite, recognized as the daughter of the Japanese Defense Force Chief.
  • - Soushirou Hoshina: A sword specialist hailing from a long line of kaiju hunters that dates back to the Muromachi period.
  • - Geng Narumi: Known as Japan's strongest kaiju fighter, demanding results and performance from even his own crew.

Note: Geng Narumi will only be available through in-game events.

The collaboration will feature unique gear inspired by the series, allowing players to equip their Rangers with:
