Community Options' Golf Tournament Returns
The anticipated return of the Philip E. Lian and Joan L. Mueller Phenomenal Golf Classic is set for May 19, 2025. This annual charity event, organized by Community Options, a highly regarded nonprofit focused on aiding individuals with disabilities, will take place at the prestigious Union League Liberty Hill in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania.
Building on last year’s impressive achievement of raising $575,000, this year’s tournament has the potential to surpass expectations, thanks to the generous support of Community Options Enterprises Chairman Philip Lian and Joan Mueller, who will match the first $200,000 raised.
A Commitment to Change
Phil Lian spoke passionately about the initiative, stating, “Year after year, Joan and I are constantly inspired by the dedication of Community Options to providing people with disabilities the opportunities to succeed. We have seen firsthand how Community Options actively participates in the closure of institutions and helps individuals secure meaningful employment. We are honored to support this event again.” This commitment emphasizes both personal and organizational dedication to enriching the lives of those with disabilities.
Following the golf tournament, attendees will be treated to a cocktail reception and awards dinner. This gathering is not just a celebration of the day’s successes; it also serves as a platform for Community Options to recognize its supporters and the meaningful work done together to empower individuals.
According to Robert Stack, President and CEO of Community Options, “Phil and Joan have been the biggest supporters of our mission from the very beginning. We are deeply grateful for their continued commitment, which has made a lasting impact on the lives of those we support.” It is evident that this support is more than just financial; it represents a long-standing partnership dedicated to fostering inclusivity.
