This year's contest, themed around "Déjà Vu," attracted over 900 submissions from creators around the world, showcasing remarkable talent and storytelling.

The Global Comic Awards, designed to celebrate the creative potential of artists globally, serves as an international platform for comic and manga creators to present their works and improve their skills. This contest is held regularly in partnership with operators of various submission platforms worldwide, including major media companies such as Jump TOON, KADOKAWA, and TATESC COMICS. The initiative aims to provide creators with opportunities to express themselves and connect with media and other creators, further enhancing their creative journeys.

  • - Jaki King (Illustrator/Designer): Based in Vancouver, Canada, Jaki King is a freelance illustrator with a strong background in Webtoon. She has previously been an assistant on the award-winning "Lore Olympus" and continues to contribute to this vibrant medium.
