Launch of UPS 2.0

At this prestigious event, Desay Battery introduced its game-changing UPS 2.0 battery. This innovative solution has been specifically designed for data center operators, IT departments in large enterprises, and communication service providers. Its versatility is highlighted by compatibility with existing systems and strict adherence to safety and environmental standards. The UPS 2.0 features a single 300 kVA lithium-ion battery pack, engineered for an operational lifespan of up to 15 years, which significantly reduces long-term costs.

Moreover, the system incorporates real-time battery state monitoring and predictive maintenance functionalities. Active safety management features include early fire detection systems, ensuring user safety alongside efficiency. The cloud-based safety management network platform further enhances its reliability in various operational environments.

Strategic Partnerships and Market Expansion

Following the debut of the UPS 2.0, Desay Battery signed a strategic agreement with TÜV Rheinland to expedite its expansion into the European market. This partnership entails obtaining EU certifications for the UPS 2.0 (49 kWh, 8C) and a 5 MWh energy storage container. Additionally, Desay established a framework partnership amounting to 2 GW of energy with DOS Primärenergie Sonne GmbH (DOS), reinforcing cooperation in renewable energy across markets in the Middle East and Latin America. These agreements underscore Desay Battery's growing influence in the global energy storage supply chain and solidify a reusable energy transformation model for Gulf states.

Broadening Product Range

During Smarter E Europe 2025, Desay Battery also showcased an impressive array of other notable products. These included high-efficiency lithium-ion cells (DLP-100, DLP-280, DLP-314), a sodium-ion battery (DSP-60), and modular energy storage solutions equipped with 100 Ah and 280 Ah lithium-based modules. Among the exciting developments were the Lumos energy storage cabinets, available in both 215 kWh and 344 kWh capacities, as well as 10-25 kWh residential energy storage systems (LV Residential ESS) and a 21 Wh HV DCDC residential energy storage system designed for a long service life. Notably, the Vita 5 MWh Utility ESS liquid-cooled container system highlighted Desay's innovative approach to scalable energy solutions.

Recently, Desay Battery achieved a spot on the BloombergNEF Energy Storage Tier 1 list for Q2 2025, recognizing its high-performance energy storage solutions.
