Michiruwa Group Merges Four Subsidiaries to Enhance Efficiency and Growth

Michiruwa Group's Strategic Merger and Business Transfer

In an important step forward, Michiruwa Group, led by President Takuma Yorikami, has announced that it will absorb four subsidiaries as part of an effort to streamline operations and maximize synergies within its framework. Effective June 1, 2025, the subsidiaries—Visto Inc., West Japan Independence Support Association Inc., Hands Inc., and Smile Heart Inc.—will be merged into Michiruwa Group, which aims to enhance operational efficiency in the field of disability welfare services.

In conjunction with this merger, a business transfer involving continuous employment support services (Types A and B) previously operated by Visto Inc. will occur. This transfer is scheduled for May 31, 2025, and will see these services moved to Michiruwa Consulting Inc., another linked company within the group.

Objectives of the Merger and Transfer

The goal of this merger and business transfer is to consolidate human, intellectual, and financial resources to improve operational efficiency and productivity across the entire Michiruwa Group. By optimizing these resources, the group anticipates not only growth but also the ability to provide better, high-quality support services to a wider audience.

The Michiruwa Group places significant value on the trust and achievements that its various service brands have built in local communities. This respect for established identities means that they will continue to use the existing service names related to child welfare and employment support to maintain their reputation and reliability in the industry. The firm is committed to ensuring that effective support reaches as many individuals as possible.
