Experience the Magic of Tanabata with Stargazing at G-Town Stadium
On July 7th, the Tokyo Giants Town Management Company invites you to a captivating evening of stargazing at the
Giants Town Stadium in Inagi City, Tokyo. This event, known as the
G-Town Tanabata Star Observation, will feature special guest speaker
Hidehiko Agata from the National Astronomical Observatory, who will guide participants in exploring the night sky.
Taking place from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, participants will have the opportunity to lie back on the spacious outfield and observe the
Summer Triangle—a prominent asterism featuring the stars
Vega, Altair, and
Deneb. Under the expert narration of Mr. Agata, attendees will delve into the wonders of the night sky, enhancing their Tanabata experience. In addition to the Summer Triangle, telescopes will be available for observing celestial objects not visible to the naked eye, including Venus (the evening star) and various star clusters and double stars.
This unique opportunity allows families and friends to create lasting summer memories while gazing up at the stars during the traditional Tanabata celebration.
