Dunlop enters this role with an extensive background of over 30 years in agribusiness, agronomy, breeding, and biotechnology. His most recent position was Vice President of North America Seed at Nutrien Ag Solutions, and he has held various senior leadership titles at prominent agricultural firms like Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto. Throughout his career, Dunlop has gained international experience, working across different continents including the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Ignacio Martinez, who serves as the interim CEO of Inari and is also a co-founder, expressed enthusiasm about Dunlop's recruitment, stating, "Rob's global perspective and leadership in crop strategy, technology adoption, and team development make him uniquely positioned to lead Inari's next growth phase of commercial efforts."
