Known for its rich chocolate creations, this summer, the salon will offer a selection of exquisite desserts that beautifully blend chocolate with seasonal fruits such as French griotte cherries and mangoes, enhancing your afternoon tea experience.

Prepare to be enchanted by the luscious chocolate that is the hallmark of Alain Ducasse's creations. This summer, guests can indulge in two standout desserts that intertwine the rich taste of cacao with the refreshing essence of seasonal fruits. The Granité Chocolat Fruyt Rouge is a unique take on shaved ice, featuring fresh lime’s zesty flavor, combined with the sweet and tart confit of French griotte cherries and raspberries. Underneath lies a smooth cream made of 75% cacao chocolate, accompanied by crushed hazelnuts, adding a delightful crunch.

This year, Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse is proud to participate in the Diners Club France Pâtisserie Week 2026, featuring the elegant shaped traditional French pastry, Charlotte. Guests can savor a fluffy biscuit encasing a beautiful chocolate creation layered with smooth ganache made from 75% Madagascar cacao and a hazelnut praline infused with fragrant vanilla. Topping this are light, sweet Chantilly cream made from Madagascar vanilla, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

About Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse



Founded by French chef Alain Ducasse, Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse specializes in meticulously crafted chocolates, using hand-selected cacao beans from around the world. The entire production process, from roasting to crafting chocolate, follows traditional methods passed down through generations.
