The vibrant and family-friendly Kariya Urban FES. 2026 is set to take place on May 31, 2026, at the Kariya City General Sports Park in Aichi Prefecture. Brought to you by APAMAN Corporation, the leading company in housing rental transactions in Japan, this event promises a fun-filled day for all attendees. Official mascots Bear-kun and Honey-chan will have a special booth with a range of engaging activities designed for kids and families.

Activities at the Bear-kun Booth

Families can enjoy various activities at the Bear-kun and Honey-chan booth:

1. Coloring Station: Join in the fun by coloring pictures of Bear-kun and Honey-chan using your creativity. Completed artworks can be taken home as souvenirs.

2. Make Your Own Bear-kun: Kids and parents can use clay made from domestic rice to mold their very own Bear-kun. This hands-on experience fosters creativity and creates lasting memories.

3. Sticker Giveaway: Be one of the first 500 participants to follow the official social media accounts of APAMAN and Nice Corporation at the booth to receive a limited-edition Bear-kun sticker. Each person can only receive one sticker, and distribution will end upon reaching the quantity limit.

4. Photo Opportunity with Bear-kun: Capture unforgettable moments with Bear-kun using a special photo frame. Participants can scan a QR code to activate the frame and take pictures. Don’t forget to share your photos on social media with the hashtag #Bear-kunARExperience!

Meet the Official Characters

- Bear-kun: Bear-kun is a fluffy yellow bear who brings joy and laughter. Standing at 165 cm and weighing 165 kg, he enjoys bananas, oranges, and mangoes—favorite foods that match his cheerful personality!
- Honey-chan: With her trademark red ribbon and heart-shaped tail, Honey-chan brings comfort to everyone. At 165 cm, she enjoys pancakes alongside her love for fruits. Her dynamic with Bear-kun blossomed through fate.

Future Developments

Bear-kun will also be participating in the “50-sound Dance” initiative, aimed at community collaboration and fostering local pride. Starting with the 2025 World Character Summit in Hanyu, more partnerships with various characters and local organizations across Japan will be established.
