Kometani, a graduate of the BBT Management School's 39th term, will engage in a dialogue with Ryuhiko Masamoto, the Vice President of Aoba-BBT. They will explore Kometani's journey from a sales-focused professional to a company president, as well as his experiences in transforming his organization into a 'learning organization.'
