The property was sold for an impressive DKK 520 million, which approximates to about SEK 800 million. The acquisition has been made by Home.Earth Group Holding A/S, indicating significant interest in Copenhagen's thriving real estate market.

The transaction is set to be recognized as part of Skanska's Commercial Development segment in the fourth quarter of 2024. This sale aligns with Skanska's strategic approach to optimize its portfolio by focusing on cash generation through property sales. The transfer of this noteworthy property will officially occur on January 31, 2025.
