Actis-Grande holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, underscoring her strong academic background in business and finance.
Her ascension to the role of CFO replaces Veronika "Roni" Johnson, who has served as the Interim CFO since February 2025. Johnson will now take on the role of Chief Accounting Officer while facilitating a smooth transition during this change in leadership.
