Their comprehensive support services encompass everything from language education to hiring assistance and residency qualification applications, ensuring that foreign workers can adapt seamlessly to their new work environments. This all-inclusive approach has resulted in a top-tier retention rate among workers after they start employment, thus contributing to their recent achievement of managing more than 1,000 foreign talents.

In response to the evolving labor market, Aimed Alpha has also ventured into new sectors, including truck and bus drivers, linen supply services, and resource recycling personnel introduction. In particular, their initiatives focused on training truck and bus drivers are noteworthy. The program includes Japanese language education aimed at enhancing communication skills, which is delivered in phases before and after arriving in Japan.
