A Night of Music: Honoring Wayne Warnecke to Support ALS Awareness
On April 15, 2025, the vibrant community of Purchase, New York will come together for a star-studded fundraising concert at the SUNY Purchase Concert Hall. This event aims to honor the renowned music producer and engineer Wayne Warnecke, who has become a symbol of resilience in the face of ALS, a disease he has fought against since 2022. The evening, titled
“Musicians United for ALS,” promises a lineup featuring some of the biggest names in music, all coming together to raise funds for ALS United Greater New York.
The concert has been organized by Mickey Rosen, a musician from Westchester, with the support of The Lasdon Foundation as the title sponsor. Notable figures like Vincent Pastore, best known for his role in
The Sopranos, will serve as the master of ceremonies. Music will be orchestrated by the acclaimed Rob Mathes, known for his extensive work in the industry.
