In a parallel move, Harish Krishnaswamy, who co-founded MixComm—a company acquired by Sivers in 2021—will transition from his position as Managing Director of Wireless to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. His focus will pivot towards corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (MA), and exploring new business initiatives. With a strong background in technology and business growth, Krishnaswamy is poised to strengthen Sivers’ strategic outlook and position the company for long-term success.
David Clark is also joining the company as the Vice President of Engineering for Photonics, starting October 31, 2026. Clark brings a wealth of knowledge, accumulated over 25 years, across various disciplines including photonics, semiconductor packaging, engineering management, product marketing, and leadership in product lines. His work history features prominent organizations like Agilent and Amkor Technology, where he contributed to the commercialization and scaling of advanced packaging technologies, ensuring that Sivers stays on the cutting edge of innovation.
On the other end of this leadership transformation, Andrew McKee, the current Chief Technology Officer of Photonics and a co-founder of CST Global (acquired by Sivers in 2017), will retire from the company.
