He later established the Human Resource Research Institute, providing consultancy, training, and lectures on HR practices to various entities, including major Japanese corporations and governmental organizations. He has penned numerous books on HR theories and management practices.
Mr. Eisaku Harada
- - A graduate of an American university, Mr. Harada started his career in HR and recruitment within a foreign company. His diverse experiences include planning for innovative web-game companies and co-founding an apparel business. After returning to the HR sector, he focused on recruitment, leveraging data-driven strategies for effective outcomes. At Applied Materials Japan, he received the Strategic Division Award from Indeed in 2024 for his exemplary work.
