With extensive experience at financial giants such as Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, Nosaka has also successfully launched multiple businesses including those in monthly apartment rentals, construction, hospitality, and facilities for individuals with disabilities. Since 2013, he has been serving as an outside director for Le Ange and brings a wealth of knowledge to this leadership position.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Le Ange focuses on providing dedicated support for parenting, offering services like babysitting, childcare for sick children, postpartum care, home-visit care, daycare, and after-school services. With the new appointment, the mission of creating a society free from parenting anxiety is set to move forward with a renewed vigor, aiming to provide a secure future for everyone involved in childcare, from children to parents and workers alike.

Former CEO Kozo Hamada will continue to contribute as Vice President, focusing on the growth of Le Ange’s various business initiatives.
