Holding a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a master’s degree in public administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, Garrett’s credentials are complemented by numerous accolades, including the Secretary's Commendation for Outstanding Service from the Department of Homeland Security.
