Randstad's First Appearance at Sapporo Rainbow Pride 2026
Randstad, one of the world's largest human resource companies, is set to make its debut at the Sapporo Rainbow Pride 2026, taking place on September 26 and 27, 2026. The event will be located in the pedestrianized area of Nanjou-dori in central Sapporo. Known for its commitment to promoting equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDI&B), Randstad aims to create a work environment where everyone can express themselves authentically, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
Exciting Offerings at the Event
On the first day of the event, Randstad will distribute free, limited-edition original rainbow mobile neck straps to the first 1,000 attendees, which were a hit at the Tokyo Pride event earlier this year. Additionally, Randstad will conduct a sticker voting survey aimed at visualizing the psychological safety within workplaces. In this interactive experience, participants will have the chance to share their feelings about societal progression regarding LGBTQI+ rights and their personal comfort levels in their workplaces.
