Kodomo Wakuwaku Festa 2025, on

The event, organized under the theme
'Picture Book Town Itabashi', promises a day filled with joy from
10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Even in the case of bad weather, the festivities will continue indoors at various venues including the
Itabashi Central Library, the
Tokiwa Regional Center, and the
Educational Science Museum.
This grand event is not just for the little ones; it also aims to engage parents and caregivers by offering numerous activities designed to support healthy child development and parenting. With programs tailored for children of all ages—starting from newborns—this festival is ideal for families looking for a fun day out.

May 27 to May 30, Itabashi will also host the
