Boardroom Grows Franchise Presence with New Development Agreement in Oklahoma and Texas
Boardroom Expands Franchise Footprint
Boardroom, a notable leader in the men’s grooming industry, has reached a crucial milestone in its franchise development. The organization has formalized an area development agreement with CP Wolf Ventures, LLC, a collaboration that significantly enhances its brand presence across Oklahoma and Texas. This new initiative involves adding eight salon locations, three of which will be established in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, acquired from Boardroom's existing corporate portfolio, while also committing to developing five new locations — three in Texas and two in Oklahoma.
The driving force behind CP Wolf Ventures, LLC, Paul and Caren Wolf, have a longstanding relationship with Boardroom, managing the highest-performing franchise location within the Boardroom network. Based in Southlake, Texas, the Wolf duo have been dedicated partners in expanding the Boardroom brand for over 15 years. Their journey through the franchise landscape has been characterized by continuous learning and a deep commitment to enhancing client experiences and fostering enduring community relationships.
Paul Wolf, the Managing Partner of CP Wolf Ventures, expressed his enthusiasm for this venture, stating, "Our franchise journey has been one of constant learning, and we've witnessed firsthand how the Boardroom brand elevates client experiences and fosters lasting relationships within our community. With the acquisition of these new locations, we're excited to broaden our reach, further invest in talented teams, and continue providing exceptional service. This next phase represents both our belief in the brand and our commitment to shaping its future."
Jeff Helfgott, the CEO of Boardroom, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the significance of their partnership. "Paul and Caren Wolf are a prime example of what passionate entrepreneurs can achieve within our system and how they make Boardroom better in turn. After 15 years of collaboration, this milestone is particularly meaningful. Their investment reflects our shared vision for growth and the dedication of our franchise partners who are committed to expanding the brand's footprint. And it's fun to grow with great people."
With this expansion, Boardroom will boast a total of nine locations across Oklahoma and Texas, adding to its 44 existing salon locations throughout seven states. While the majority of these locations are corporate-owned, this new agreement enhances the brand's portfolio of franchised operations, which has become pivotal for growth within the grooming sector. Notably, two-thirds of the franchisees have emerged as multi-unit operators, a strong indicator of a resilient and scalable business model geared for sustained success.
