The Frederick Arts Council (FAC) has announced a fantastic opportunity for local artists and makers as they prepare for the upcoming Winter Artist Market. Scheduled to take place on November 27–28, this event will be hosted at the YMCA Ausherman Arts Center located in the heart of Frederick, Maryland.
