Organized by HIKKY, this ambitious event will take place over a span of 16 days from December 6 to December 21, welcoming back last year's impressive footfall of 1.35 million attendees.

This year, the event will feature a groundbreaking shopping experience in a brand-new world called 'YOUtopia.' This innovative realm allows attendees to not only view potential avatars but also interact with them in real-time. NPCs that represent these avatars will be living within the world, allowing attendees to observe how they look and behave, enhancing the purchasing process. Thanks to VRChat’s new 'Avatar Marketplace' functionality, participants can try on their newly purchased avatars right away, offering a seamless shopping process unlike any before.

Under the theme 'Gates of Beginnings,' this year’s Vket encourages participants to open new doors to the future, taking their first step towards what lies ahead. Various exhibition formats will be available: 'Space Exhibition,' 'Item Exhibition,' and 'Avatar Exhibition'—adding to the event's versatility.

A total of 772 exhibition spaces are being made available for general participation, with the following breakdown:

- General PC World Space Exhibition: 528 spaces available at a fee of ¥3,300 (tax included).
- General PC World Item Exhibition: 144 spaces available at a fee of ¥1,100 (tax included).
- General Cross Platform World x Avatar Exhibition: 100 spaces available at no charge.

Registration Period

The application period runs from September 5 to September 15, 2023, with a deadline for submissions set at 23:59 on the final day. The results of the first lottery will be announced on September 24, with a second round on October 3, 2023, at 18:00.
