Announcing the Japan CxO Award 2026
This year, BNG Partners has confirmed the hosting of the annual
Japan CxO Award 2026, aimed at recognizing Chief x Officers (CxOs) who have played pivotal roles in invigorating Japan's business ecosystem.
Background
Since its inception in 2025, the award has highlighted 135 entrants and received 2,742 votes, showcasing numerous CxOs—the engines of innovation and strategy in Japan. The theme for this year is “Shining a light on the unsung heroes beside our heroes.” Through this, we strive not only to honor outstanding contributions but also to foster a community among current and future leaders.
Objective
The Japan CxO Award operates under a key ethos: the notable achievements of CxOs essential for sustainable business growth are often underrepresented in society. To address this, the award was established with the intent to uplift CxOs as role models for the next generation of management leaders.
By creating a platform where these leaders can connect and share insights, Japan’s economic vitality can be enhanced further.
