Musashi University's First Autumn Light-Up Event
Musashi University, located in Nerima, Tokyo, is set to open its gates for the first time to the public for a special Autumn Light-Up Event. Scheduled for November 28, 2025, this inaugural celebration aims to foster connections with the local community. The event will feature a variety of activities under a mesmerizing display of lights, including a free screening of the film "Yume de Aetara" filmed on campus and dining experiences at the newly renovated student cafeteria.

- - Location: Musashi University, Ekoda Campus, Nerima, Tokyo
- - Admission: Free and no pre-registration required (open to all)
- - Transport: Guests are encouraged to use public transportation. The campus is a short 6-minute walk from Ekoda Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line and a 7-minute walk from Shin-Ekoda Station on the Toei Oedo Line.

Light-Up Displays
The campus will be illuminated from sunset until 9:30 PM, with key areas including:

- - Keyaki Tree-lined Path
- - Student Cafeteria

Special Opening of Musashi Dining
The student cafeteria, Musashi Dining, will also be open to guests on this evening, offering a limited menu available for the first 500 diners. This cafeteria was designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma and is operated by Ueno Seiyoken.
- - Hours: Opens at 5:00 PM, last order at 8:00 PM, and closes at 8:30 PM.
- - Payment: Cashless transactions only, including credit cards (VISA, MasterCard), electronic money (transportation and Rakuten Edy), and QR codes (PayPay, auPay, dBarai). A food truck is also set to serve warm drinks and snacks on site.
Free Movie Screening of "Yume de Aetara"
Finally, attendees can enjoy a free screening of the film "Yume de Aetara" in Classroom 1002 of Building 1. Two screenings are scheduled:

- - Second Screening: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Written and directed by Yosuke Nakagawa, a graduate of Musashi University, the film features a host of talent, including Makita Sports, Ari Kōnaka, and former students of the university, such as Rakugo artist Kanda Hakuzan and actress Renka Ishiyama.
