Volume 7 (September 18)

History of Sake - A Lecture with Yoshinokawa Sake
Join us for an enlightening session while sipping on sake from Yoshinokawa, one of Japan's oldest breweries. The session will be led by Masayuki Yokomoto, who will share captivating stories about sake spanning from the Jomon period to the present day. Attendees will have the opportunity to savor Yoshinokawa’s sake while learning about its rich history in a casual, interactive setting.

Cushu Notebook Launch - Enjoying Niigata Sake & Noppe
In celebration of the release of the latest guidebook 'Cushu Notebook', which covers all 89 sake breweries in Niigata, editor Mariko Takahashi will discuss the allure of Niigata’s sake and local cuisine. Participants will experience the depth of Niigata’s sake culture through food pairings during the event.

Tamagawa Taifuku Rakugo Solo Performance

Piano and Singing Salon Concert
