As of March 2024, SINBON has implemented a zero-placement fee policy in Taiwan, ensuring that job seekers are not burdened by recruitment fees. This policy prohibits candidates from incurring costs related to the hiring process, including agency fees, service charges, and deposits, enhancing transparency and fairness in employment.
To better assist its workforce, SINBON has taken steps to improve the clarity and accuracy of payroll statements, providing multilingual versions for foreign employees and conducting information sessions to ensure thorough understanding of salary structures.
