KPMG Forensic & Risk Advisory Releases Updated Edition on Corporate Fraud Investigation Practices

KPMG Forensic & Risk Advisory Releases New Book on Corporate Fraud

KPMG Forensic & Risk Advisory, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is set to launch an updated edition of its seminal work, "Corporate Fraud Investigation Practices, 2nd Edition: From Detection Indicators to Investigation Techniques and Aftercare". This book, published by Chuokeizai-Sha, is crafted to equip organizations with critical insights to tackle the escalating complexities of corporate fraud.

Since the release of the first edition in 2012, many incidents of corporate fraud have emerged. The second edition elaborates on the recommendations for approaching corporate fraud, continuing the narrative from its predecessor while introducing several new chapters and topics that address the current landscape. Key inclusions consist of advanced discussions on data analysis in Chapter 6, intelligence investigations related to mergers and acquisitions in Chapter 10, and specific problems surrounding quality fraud outlined in Chapter 11.
