Kazakhstan Unveils Its First Multi-Functional Community Center in Kosshy

On March 20, 2025, a notable milestone was marked in Kazakhstan with the opening of the first multi-functional community center in Kosshy, a city in the Akmola region. This initiative, a collaboration between Verny Capital and the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation, sets a new benchmark for community development in the area.

The newly launched center, encompassing a sprawling 8,550 square meters, is built to international standards and represents an investment of approximately 20 million dollars. Among its facilities are a 233-seat cinema, a spacious conference hall accommodating 328 attendees, exhibition halls, creative studios, co-working spaces, and even a library. Sporting activities are well-catered for as well, with a versatile gymnasium, outdoor fields for soccer, basketball, volleyball, and tennis, plus specialized training zones and an amphitheater for community events.

Children can engage in various programs, including robotics, chess, dance, and arts and crafts. For adults, the center offers co-working spaces and educational sessions aimed at personal and professional development.
