The Tokyo International Bar Show 2026 is making a mark with its exciting lineup! Scheduled for May 9-10, 2026, this event promises a thrilling experience for cocktail lovers. Hosted at the Tokyo Dome City Prism Hall, attendees can expect an array of unique beverages crafted by talented bartenders. This year's show will spotlight the collaboration of Nifuku Trading Co., Ltd. and Union Liquors Co., Ltd., featuring exclusive cocktails using three core brands: Perrier, the newly launched Paragon, and Planteray Rum.

Special Guest Bartender

On May 9, the show will welcome Peter Chua from Singapore's Night Hawk, which was ranked 77th in the Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Known for its immersive atmosphere that blends past and future, Night Hawk invites guests into a world like no other. Peter will be presenting several special cocktails throughout the day, showcasing the versatility of Perrier, Paragon, and Planteray Rum.

The iconic green bottle of Perrier offers carbonated mineral water hailing from South France. Loved in the bar industry as a mixer, Perrier will be unavailable to patrons wishing to rejuvenate between cocktail tastings. Free samples of the 330ml cans will also be offered during the event.

Paragon (New Brand)

Paragon focuses on rare botanicals harvested from remote areas of the world, enhancing complex flavors through single botanical cordials. The debut series, the Pepper Collection, features three exquisite varieties: Ruby Berry, Timut Berry, and White Penja Pepper. Various extraction techniques, including supercritical CO₂ extraction and infusion, have been employed to maximize the flavor profile.

Planteray Rum

Previously known as Plantation Rum, Planteray Rum has been cherished in Japan for many years. The brand renewal and name change will be in effect from 2025. Guests can savor cocktails crafted by Master Blender Alexander Gabriel, who brings an authentic taste of Planteray to the stage.
