Hiroyuki Yamada (山田寛之)

As the head bartender at BEE'S KNEES in Kyoto, Yamada has demonstrated unparalleled skill, winning numerous national competitions with over ten national titles. In January 2026, he secured a commendable third place at the MIlano Asia Finals, maintaining his reputation for storytelling and creativity in cocktail crafting that has gained international attention.

Nahoto Ogawa (小川尚人)

With experience that includes winning the inaugural Campari Japan Championship in 2018 and competing in the Milan Asia Finals, Ogawa has honed his craft both in New Zealand and Australia. His expertise led him to notable venues including Kobe's "Bar elixir de longue vie" and Munich's famed "Schumann’s Bar," where he has garnered a stellar reputation.
