4. Sharing and Support in Groups: Participants will be encouraged to share their feelings in small groups. Through this interaction, they might uncover deeper truths about their own experiences, facilitated by an experienced leader.

5. Individual Consultations and Networking: After the main session, there will be opportunities for participants to converse with facilitators and one another, fostering connections and support networks.

Facilitators
