MSOL Expands PROEVER® Recognition and Adoption in the Asian Market

MSOL Expands PROEVER® Recognition in Asia

Management Solutions, Inc. (MSOL), headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo and led by President and Chairman Nobuya Takahashi, recently participated as a Silver Sponsor in the PMI® Global Summit Series held in Seoul, South Korea from June 10 to 11, 2026. This international event focused on project management saw attendance from over 400 professionals primarily from Asia and around the globe.

At the PROEVER booth, MSOL introduced the latest project management platform that leverages artificial intelligence and engaged with attendees to gather valuable feedback. The aim of this exhibition was to enhance brand recognition and expand customer interactions within the Asian market.

Growing Interest in Japanese Solutions

The interest in Japanese-origin solutions was notably high, with numerous attendees viewing demos and exploring individual features of PROEVER. Many questions revolved around the new AI EPMO approach, particularly regarding the integration of decentralized information encountered on project sites. There was also lively discussion around how the AI Reporter function can facilitate information visualization by summarizing key points and generating reports.

Continuing Global Market Development

This participation in the PMI summit in Seoul marks MSOL's second engagement with the Global Summit event. Previously, in November 2025, MSOL made its debut as the first Japanese company to exhibit at the PMI Global Summit in Phoenix, Arizona, where the beta version of PROEVER was evaluated for international value. This time, however, they showcased a newly released version of PROEVER that enhances organizational decision-making speed through AI EPMO, which was officially launched in January 2026.

The exhibition presented a significant opportunity to further promote PROEVER and solidify its presence in the Asian market and other global sectors. The PROEVER booth, focusing on innovative project management via AI EPMO, led to intense interactions with professionals interested in a solution to several prevalent challenges.

Interest in AI EPMO and Collaborative Management

MSOL's demonstration centered on the AI EPMO approach, diving into how this model can revolutionize project management. Key topics included:

  • - Collaboration Between AI and Humans: Transitioning from traditional management reliant on personal intuition and experience to a new model where AI and humans work together in management.
  • - Eliminating Information Fragmentation for Faster Decision-Making: A platform designed to visualize project statuses and potential risks in real-time across the organization, aimed at maximizing project momentum.

Future Outlook

PROEVER's participation highlighted its high regard among international professionals, resonating with the vision of integrating technology and human management. Moving forward, MSOL plans to harness insights and connections gained at this event to continuously enhance PROEVER's capabilities, accelerating its rollout in the global market.

MSOL wishes to thank everyone who visited their booth and looks forward to the ongoing evolution of PROEVER.
