Conagra Brands Strengthens Board of Directors



In a significant move aimed at bolstering its leadership, Conagra Brands, Inc. Profiles of the New Board Members



John Mulligan brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as the Chief Operating Officer of Target Corporation, one of the leading general merchandise retailers in the United States. In his decade-long tenure at Target, he held multiple positions, including that of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing key areas like finance, digital strategy, and human resources. Mulligan also has a distinguished history in governance, having served on the board of McDonald's Corporation for ten years until 2025, where he chaired both the public policy strategy and audit finance committees.

On the other hand, Pietro Satriano previously held the position of Chairman and CEO of US Foods Holding Corp., a major player in the foodservice sector, where he began as Chief Merchandising Officer. His career spans significant roles at Loblaw Companies and LoyaltyOne Canada, showcasing his diverse experience in the food retail landscape. Currently, Satriano serves on the boards of CarMax, Inc., and Metro, Inc., while also being a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School and an executive advisor for JMPS Advisory LLC. Pietro remarked on his appointment, stating, "I am honored to join the board and play a part in Conagra's success.
