Discovering the Talent Beyond Disabilities: Art Exhibition in Tokyo
The 'Art Village Exhibition - There Is No Disability in Talent - Original Artwork Exhibition for 2026 Calendar' is set to take place from December 17 to December 21, 2025, at the Annex Aoyama, located in front of PASONA SQUARE in Minato, Tokyo. Organized by Pasona Heartful, a group subsidiary of Pasona Group, this event will showcase around 20 original artworks used in the creation of the '2026 Calendar' featuring works by talented artists with disabilities.
Since its inception in 1992, Pasona Heartful has worked under the guiding principle that "there is no disability in talent". They established the 'Art Village' to expand employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities through the arts. In 2004, they began hiring artistic employees who create diverse and unique artworks, and currently, 22 artists are actively expressing their creativity through various mediums.
The upcoming exhibition promises to highlight the diverse perspectives and themes of its artists, with a special emphasis on seasonal motifs that evoke a sense of nature and beauty; works inspired by 'flowers' and 'Awaji Island' will be prominently featured. Attendees will not only have the chance to view these exceptional pieces but can also purchase the original artwork on display, thereby supporting the artists and their endeavors.
Furthermore, five different versions of the 2026 calendar will be available for purchase, in addition to a selection of original products such as stationery inspired by the creations of the Art Village. Visitors are encouraged to immerse themselves in the artistic atmosphere and appreciate the creativity and passion behind each piece.
