Empowering Women-Owned SMBs: TalentLMS Skills Accelerator Initiative
To commemorate International Women's Day,
TalentLMS has proudly announced the launch of its
Skills Accelerator Program, aimed at supporting women-owned small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This initiative is designed to empower female entrepreneurs by providing them with access to vital technology and resources that can help facilitate employee reskilling and upskilling.
In a business landscape that is continuously evolving, it’s crucial to address the challenges women entrepreneurs often encounter.
Women-owned businesses frequently face inequalities such as restricted access to funding and lower profitability compared to their male counterparts. According to a recent LinkedIn study, organizations that invest in employee development enjoy productivity levels that are 15% higher than those that do not prioritize such investment.
Nikhil Arora, CEO of
Epignosis, the parent company of TalentLMS, stated, "At Epignosis, we believe that equal access to opportunities and resources is essential for building a more equitable and thriving business landscape. Women play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and driving economic growth, yet too often face systemic barriers to success. With the launch of the TalentLMS Skills Accelerator Program for women-owned SMBs, we are taking deliberate action to break down these barriers."
Under this new program,
20 selected women entrepreneurs will gain full access to the TalentLMS platform for a year, which is known for its user-friendly interface and effective training management. Participants will also be provided access to
TalentLibrary™, a vast collection of predefined courses focusing on soft skills and workplace training topics, making it genuinely beneficial for businesses to implement employee training seamlessly.
TalentLMS aims not only to enhance the skills of employees within these organizations but also to instill a culture of learning. By offering their platform to women-owned SMBs, they hope to empower women entrepreneurs who may lack the financial capability to invest in comprehensive employee development solutions.
Arora asserted, "Investing in continuous learning isn’t just beneficial—it’s imperative. Robust learning programs foster innovation, enhance engagement, and significantly contribute to long-term business success."
The Skills Accelerator Program is an open invitation for women-owned SMBs across various industries to take advantage of this opportunity. TalentLMS encourages interested businesses to apply and become part of this initiative aimed at creating a positive change within their organizations and beyond.
