Exploring Optimal Organizational Strategies Outside Employment at Trustyyle Event

Event Overview

On July 9, 2025, from 19:00 to 21:00, Trustyyle Co., Ltd. will host an insightful event titled "Exploring Optimal Organizational Strategies Outside Employment" at the HR Library in Ningyocho, Tokyo. With Japan facing a declining working-age population, securing top talent has become increasingly challenging. So, how can organizations maintain an optimal structure and sustain exceptional performance?

This event will feature discussions with two prominent experts in organizational support: Tomohiro Minami, Business Design Director at Collective Co., and Erika Iwai, co-founder and CEO of the same company. With Yosuke Yoshida, the head of the HR Library, serving as the moderator, the session promises valuable insights into the ideal organizational structures and talent portfolios necessary for different growth phases: startup, expansion, and scaling up.

Key Discussion Points

The participants will explore common pitfalls in ensuring that people and systems work harmoniously. They will explain strategies that reduce reliance on full-time employees while integrating high-skilled freelancers as flexible resources. By learning about the optimal organizational strategies that invite the right capabilities at the right time, attendees will be better equipped to accelerate their business growth.

The event will take place at the HR Library, located on the 6th floor of WACROSS Ningyocho, 1-12-7 Kakaricho, Nihonbashi, Chuo Ward, Tokyo 103-0014. Furthermore, business card exchanges and sales activities are not permitted within the HR Library.
