Toru Arai, CEO of 4designs Co., Ltd. and Representative Director of Protian Career Association
In the era of accelerating human capital management, it is essential for HR to not merely support others’ careers but to also have a platform for discussing and considering their own career paths. I am thrilled with the realization of this collaborative event, which I believe will lay the groundwork for a culture of dialogue and ultimately support independent career growth across the organization. We aspire to widen venues for practical knowledge sharing in the future.
